Operating Principle
The operating principle of THG-100 temperature and humidity generator adopts the mixed dry-wet air flow method. The gas produced by the miniature oil-free air compressor passes through the automatically regenerative air source dryer, and the dry gas generated is divided into two ways, one way through the dry air flow control, and the other way through the saturated wet air flow control into the measuring chamber. The mixting ratio of dry gas and saturated wet air is set by the humidity controller, and this ratio and the current temperature determine the relative humidity of the measuring chamber.
The temperature and humidity probe measures the current temperature and humidity of the measuring chamber, and feeds the measurement parameters to the humidity controller and temperature controller to accurately control the current temperature and humidity value of the measuring chamber. The temperature setting is realized by the temperature controller through controlling the heating and cooling device, and the ventilation circulation system ensures the average field of the temperature and humidity of the measuring chamber.
