The monitoring of wind speed and wind volume in air conditioning pipes in clean industries such as biopharmaceuticals and electronic semiconductors can not only ensure the normal operation of the air conditioning system, but also effectively control the operation energy consumption. VT210 is a pressure difference principle-based wind volume transmitter with temperature compensation function, fitted with the average wind speed gauge installed in the air conditioning pipe.

At present, similar products based on the principle of single point wind speed measurement have very high requirements for the installation of straight pipe sections. For example, the straight pipe section of air conditioning is too short or the distribution of air fluid is irregular turbulence in the position of elbow pipe and valve accessories, so stable and effective wind volume cannot be measured. Thanks to VT210 average wind speed gauge, the multi-point wind speed in the same section of the air conditioning pipe is collected and averaged, which has relatively low requirements for the straight pipe section and installation position, and can also ensure the accurate measurement of wind volume, so it is very suitable for the complex air conditioning pipe conditions on site.

    In addition, using the integrated algorithm, VT210 can calculate the standard condition volume flow and mass flow of the gas medium in the pipe through the cross-sectional area of the pipe, the standard condition density of the gas medium and the temperature compensation algorithm, and the temperature range of the measured gas can reach -40~300℃.
