PTH60 Probe-Type Oil Dissolved Water Content Transmitter
In the lubricant system, the oil parameters such as particle in oil, turbidity and dissolved water content are directly related to the wear degree and mechanical life of the gear. In addition, the dissolved water content of the transformer insulating oil determines the insulation performance; if the dissolved water in the oil seriously exceeds the standard, at least the insulation performance degrades, and worst of all the transformer produces arc, which will damage the equipment and cause serious accidents.
PTH60 Probe-Type Oil Dissolved Water Content Transmitter can monitor the dissolved water content of various labels of lubricants, transformer oils and most oil products. The humidity-sensitive element of its probe is a hydrophilic and high molecular humidity-sensitive capacitor, together with PT1000 temperature-sensitive element, which can provide temperature compensation to ensure accurate measurement. The probe uses a small package to facilitate to install on the equipment, and the pore filter is used to buffer the fluid and protect the sensitive element.
