DP110-E Wall-Mounted Pressure Difference Transmitter

In the operation process of biopharmaceutical clean room aseptic production, a lot of aerosol particles will be produced. Between clean rooms and between clean rooms and non-clean rooms, a pressure difference gradient needs to be set to make the air flow in the specified direction and protect the product from external pollution. The pressure difference test is used to check whether the pressure difference gradient of the clean room is within the predetermined setting range. DP110-E Wall-Mounted Pressure Difference Transmitter is specifically developed for this application.

DP110-E pressure difference transmitter adopts wall-mounted structure of dust-proof and ash-proof, and the signal terminal is set on the back, which is very suitable for the installation of color steel wall in clean rooms. The sensitive element uses piezoresistive pressure difference sensor for measuring non-corrosive and non-flammable gases. The optional pressure difference range is from minimum 0 ... ±50pa to maximum 0 ... ±10kpa.

       The optional output signals of DP110-E include 4 ... 20mA, 0 ... 5 10V or RS485. Use DIP switch to set the address of RS485, zero and full scale calibration buttons to achieve on-site pressure difference signal calibration. Furthermore, the LCD is optional, which can be used to display pressure diffence parameters in real-time.
