THP210 Wall-Mounted Temperature and Humidity Pressure Difference Transmitter

In the biopharmaceutical process, some intermediates produce aerosols that are harmful to the human body and the environment. The process cleaning room or laboratory needs good tightness and suitable environment. In addition to monitoring the ambient temperature and humidity, it is also necessary to measure the pressure difference parameter to make the air flow in the specified direction. THP210 is specially designed for temperature-humidity and pressure difference measurement in this clean industrial environment.

Especially for the biopharmaceutical clean room O3 or VHP sterile environment, the temperature and humidity probe of THP210 can be equipped with the specialized filter PF04 for H202 environment, which micropores are filled with the MnO2 composite catalyst with the particle diameter of about 10um; When in touch with the filter, VHP or O3 will be decomposed into H2O and O2 to achieve the purpose of protecting the probe and humidity-sensitive element.

In order to facilitate field equipment maintenance, THP120 is also equipped with interchangeable digital probes and digital reference probes for analog output channel accuracy verification. There are two reference probes, one of which has a fixed output of 90%RH/5℃, and the other has a fixed output of 10%RH/45℃.
THP210 has an innovative wall-mounted installation structure. The positioning column on the back of the device is fitted with the positioning hole of the junction box pre-installed on the color steel wall. The junction box does not need to be disassembled after the first installation, which can isolate the dust particles inside the color steel wall. At the same time, the signal wiring method is pluggable terminal, which is easy to carry out later maintenance of the instrument.
